Through our work in Digital Lifelines we've developed this delivery framework to help organisations embed digital inclusion in core service delivery.
Our delivery framework is based on 4 key elements:
A digital (usually a Smartphone or a Tablet)
(unlimited data, texts, and calls)
delivered by a front-line worker trained as a Digital Champion.

This section outlines the process you would follow through the different stages, from identifying a need for digital inclusion support to helping someone build their digital skills and confidence. Think of this as a handy checklist for covering the different steps you'll take to support someone make the most of being online.
