Sims for phones and mi-fis are shipped deactivated. You will receive an email from our supplier DB Comms confirming your order and then another after items are dispatched to you, checking that you have received your order, and asking you to get in touch with them to activate your sims. They will then arrange access to their system to enable you to track if sims are being used (you will not be able to see what people are using data for).
